Return & Exchange Policy

At Skinara, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your skincare experience with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🧴 1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic and skincare items), we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.


🕓 2. Time Frame

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.


📦 3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please contact our support team at ceo@theskinara.store with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for return or exchange

  • A photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.


💸 4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will:

  • Inspect the item

  • Notify you by email

  • Process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


🔁 5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge once the return is confirmed.


🚚 6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


🛍️ 7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or sale items
